  Refund and Return Policy

Defective products sold by D & B Sales are covered by our 30-day refund period, unless otherwise noted. Policies regarding items that are not covered by the 30-day refund period are specified on the products' individual pages as well as in the special exceptions section below. Please note that D & B Sales does not offer any technical support. Please direct technical questions to the manufacturer.

All returns covered under our 30-day refund period are subject to the following:

• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by D & B Sales must accompany all returns.
• RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 30 days from the date the product was shipped for items requiring refunds.  After 30 days, RMA numbers for defective product returns must be obtained within one calendar year of the date the product was shipped.
• All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance.
• All products must be returned in like-new condition, including original packaging, all documentation and accessories. Charges will be applied for all missing accessories or parts.
• D & B Sales will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused.
• All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Replacement items will be shipped back with freight paid by D&B Sales.
• All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases.
• 15% restocking fee applies to all refunds.
• Please allow 1-2 weeks for all refunds.
• After 30 days of the purchase date, products will be exchanged only.  No cash will be refunded.  The exchange period is for 1 year from date of purchase unless otherwise specified by D & B Sales or the manufacturer.  This exchange option will be for items purchased on our website only.
