In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price
due to typographical, informational, technical or other error,
D & B Sales shall have the right, at our sole discretion,
to either honor the displayed price or refuse/cancel any
orders placed for that product at the incorrect price.
Order Acceptance
Policy

submission of an order and/or receipt of an order
confirmation, automated or otherwise, does not signify our
acceptance of such order. D & B Sales reserves the right
to cancel any order that we deem necessary, at our sole
discretion, regardless of the order status or whether you have
received a confirmation of the order. We reserve the right to
require additional information from you before accepting or
processing any order.
Jurisdiction
D
& B Sales is an Indiana corporation and you agree that
any legal action brought against D & B Sales shall be
governed by the laws of the state of Indiana without regard
to its conflict of law principles. Additionally, you agree
that any and all disagreements arising from your use of or
orders placed through dandbsales.com will be adjudicated in
the county of Allen, Indiana by an appropriate federal or
state court.
Refund and Return
Policy
Defective products sold by
D & B Sales are covered
by our 30-day refund period, unless otherwise noted. Policies
regarding items that are not covered by the 30-day refund
period are specified on the products' individual pages as well
as in the special exceptions section below. Please note that D
& B Sales does not offer any
technical support. Please direct technical questions to the
manufacturer.
All returns covered under our 30-day refund period are subject to
the following:
- A
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by D & B Sales must accompany all returns.
- RMA
numbers must be obtained no later than 30 days from the
date the product was shipped for items requiring
refunds. After 30 days, RMA numbers for defective
product returns must be obtained within one calendar year
of the date the product was shipped.
- All
RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of
issuance.
- All
products must be returned in like-new condition,
including original packaging, all documentation and
accessories. Charges will be applied for all missing
accessories or parts.
- D
& B Sales
will not accept items that have been physically damaged
or misused.
- All
returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
Replacement items will be shipped back with freight paid
by D&B Sales.
- All
related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are
NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases.
- 15%
restocking fee applies to all refunds.
- Please
allow 1-2 weeks for all refunds.
- After
30 days of the purchase date, products will be exchanged
only. No
cash will be refunded.
The exchange period is for 1 year from date of
purchase unless otherwise specified by D & B Sales
or the manufacturer.
This exchange option will be for items purchased
on our website only.

Unauthorized
Returns
Shipments that are refused without authorization, or that are
returned to us because the address was invalid, are subject to
a restocking fee of 15% plus applicable shipping and handling
fees.

terms and conditions of the sale as indicated on this website.
By placing an order at dandbsales.com, a customer has agreed
to the total dollar amount of the sale, and authorized D
& B Sales to collect payment via
the payment method the customer specified. Dandbsales.com
reserves the right to make changes to this site and these
terms and conditions at any time.
